PICP Application Requirements

1. Copy of current agency licence
2. Brokers confirmation of Employers Liability and Public Liability cover
3. Tax Clearance Certificate or confirmation from accountants that the company tax affairs are in order
4. Trade References (*2)
5. Cheque for Annual Membership Fee (Yearly fee €600, can be paid in 2 * €300 instalments)
6. A signed copy of PICP Code of Practice

I attach hereto the information required by the board of Directors which I acknowledge to be the basis of my application and of my election to Membership of the Institute and which I declare contains an accurate summary of the facts in relation to my person, profession and business career which could influence the acceptance or non-acceptance of this application

I confirm that I have never been convicted of an indictable offence (other than an offence under the Road Traffic Act) as an individual or as a Partner
